Sorry that it has been a while since my last RealityXP AIRAC, anyway here's the data for June. 

Extract the file "worldwide.bin" to C:/Program Files (x86)/Garmin/GNS400W-500W Trainer/Trainer/ or the equivalent directory of your Garmin trainer.

As always, backup your original if you have and concerns and don't want any regrets.
